Meet Ali Norville, OTR/L:

Ali Norville, OTR/L is a licensed Occupational Therapist based in Tampa, Florida who is passionate about helping people live more independently, confidently, and fully in their everyday lives. Originally from Ocala, Florida, Ali attended Florida State University for her undergraduate studies before earning her Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.

With experience in rehabilitation and skilled nursing settings, Ali takes a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, focusing on building meaningful relationships and creating personalized treatment plans that support each individual’s goals and lifestyle. She believes therapy should feel encouraging, empowering, and tailored to the person—not just the diagnosis.

After seeing the growing need for more individualized, one-on-one care, Ali founded Concierge OT & Wellness, LLC to provide personalized occupational therapy and wellness services to residents throughout the Tampa area. Her goal is to deliver high-quality care in a more comfortable, flexible, and client-centered environment where patients feel truly supported throughout their wellness journey.

Outside of work, Ali enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, their one-year-old daughter, Wesley, and their Labradoodle, Rex. She also loves reading, relaxing at the beach, attending concerts, trying new restaurants and foods, and living an active lifestyle with family and friends. Her warm personality and genuine passion for helping others are at the heart of everything she does.
